Can I bring a pet?

Pets are allowed in some accommodation as well as on the pitches on the campsite side. To find out whether or not pets are allowed in your accommodation, check its description and detailed specifications. Rate: €7/night.
Dogs must wear a medallion, which will be given to you at reception when you arrive. Category 1 & 2 animals are not allowed. Be sure to bring your pet’s up-to-date vaccination booklet with you on your stay. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times on the premises of the campsite. Pets must never be left unattended at the campsite, even if they are tied up.
Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the water park area and the children’s play areas.

15€ of processing fees are to be expected if you pay by credit card and 25€ for any other means of payment.

The website displays up-to-date vacancies and rates at all times. In case of doubt, feel free to contact us directly by telephone. For every reservation from 4 to 6 days, booking fees €15.

Can I book a specific pitch?

Yes:  You can choose a pitch number or, if you are coming with friends or family, you can book one or more mobile homes/pitches next to each other for an additional fee of €5 per night, within the limit of €35.

What is tourist tax?

This is a tax levied by the local authorities (municipality, department) and collected by us on their behalf. This tax is based on the number of guests and the number of nights. It is added to the price of your stay. €0.55/night per person over 18 years old.

Why do I have to declare all guests’ names before coming?

It is a regulatory obligation for our establishment to maintain a specific list of people present. This list also allows us to calculate the amount of tourist tax to be collected.

What are the terms of payment of the balance?

When booking, you must pay a down payment of 30% and the remaining balance must be paid one month before your arrival. If you wish to pay the total cost of your stay in several instalments, this is possible, as long as the total price of your stay is effectively paid one month before your arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, etc.), cash, bank transfer
American Express cards are not accepted.

Is the price of water and electricity included?

Yes: the price of water and electricity is included for all our accommodation as well as for pitches on the campsite side.

What does the cleaning fee include?

The cleaning fee includes cleaning of all the rooms in the mobile home except for the kitchenette: bedroom, toilet and shower room(s). It does not include cleaning the kitchen or dishwashing, and you must empty the bins, remove the sheets from the beds and leave them folded on the beds along with the towels. In addition, in all cases, we ask that at the end of your stay, you take care to empty and defrost the refrigerator and take the bins out before leaving. An additional fee shall be charged if necessary.

Is there a space for my car on my pitch?

All accommodation and pitches have a space for one vehicle directly on site or in the immediate vicinity.
If you are bringing a second vehicle, you will be asked to park it in a car park at the entrance to the establishment against payment of an additional fee and subject to availability. In accommodation with capacity over 6 people, a second parking space is included.

What will I find in the rentals?

All our rentals are equipped with kitchen, toilets and washrooms (except for the 2-bedrooms, 4 pers. tents, which have electricity but not water).

Can I hire baby equipment?

Yes: We offer various items of baby equipment separately or as a kit (chair, cot, bath). As stock is limited, we invite you to book your equipment before you come, when booking your stay. For hygiene reasons, sheets and mattress protectors are not provided for the cot and we invite you to bring your own. Baby kits are included in the Privilège Club range.

Can I hire a refrigerator for a camping pitch?

Yes: we have refrigerators (90l – €4/night or 210l – €6/nigh) to hire for the camping pitches. We recommend that you book one before you come, when booking your stay.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes: visitors are allowed in the club from 8 am to 10.30 pm, against payment of a flat fee. Visitors must report to reception on arrival and leave proof of identity as security. They must wear their identification wristband.
They may park their vehicle outside of the establishment or bring their vehicle onto the premises for a fixed fee of €5 a day.

What swimwear is allowed in the water park?

For men: classic swimming trunks and boxers are allowed
For women: classic one or two-piece swimsuits. Swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts and body suits are strictly prohibited.

What time do I need to check in on the day of my arrival?

The time you can check in on the first day of your stay is specified in your order confirmation. This depends on your type of accommodation and the season. For any late arrival, please contact the reception before the closing hour (6.30 pm from March to June 30th and September 1st to November 4th and before 8.00 pm on July and August). No arrival is allowed on the campsite after 10.30 pm.

We offer early check-in for €25, which enables you to access your accommodation from 12 noon, as well as express check-in (free), which enables you to directly access your accommodation from 5 pm without going via reception.

What happens when I check out of my rental?

An inventory will be taken on check-out day with our team.
For this we will ask you to prepare your accommodation (dishes washed, refrigerator emptied and defrosted, bins taken out), even if you have opted for the cleaning service.

Can I leave early in the morning on the last day?

Yes: you can leave before reception opens. However, you must notify reception at least 24 hours in advance so that we can give you directions on arranging your check-out properly.

Is there WIFI access in my accommodation?

Yes: the WIFI network (charge applies) is accessible throughout the club, including in the accommodation. Please note: WIFI access is included with Privilège Club pitches and accommodation.

Can I bring a barbecue?

Individual coal-fired barbecues are prohibited. Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed. Built-in barbecues are available for you to use.

Can I arrive outside of reception opening hours?

Yes: in this case you must notify reception it before the reception closing (6.30 pm from March to June 30th and September 1st to November 4th and before 8.00 pm on July and August)  in order to organise your arrival. For bare pitches, you must leave proof of identity at the bar and come to reception the next day to register your arrival.

No arrival is allowes after 10.30 pm.

Can I bring a second car?

Yes: in exchange for a supplement and subject to available spaces, a second car may be parked in the car park at the entrance to the establishment. We recommend booking the space for your additional vehicle in advance. For accommodation with capacity for over 6 people, the second vehicle is free of charge.

Do I have to wear the wristband during my stay?

Yes:  the wristband lets us know that you are staying at the establishment. It gives you access to the water park as well as activities, entertainment and the campsite shuttle. It must therefore be worn at all times during your stay.

Are there shops on the campsite?

Yes: all the amenities you need for a comfortable week’s holiday are available during the establishment’s opening hours: a grocery, a bar, a snack bar and a restaurant. For more details, see the your club/shops page.

Is access private?

Yes: access to the site is private and reserved for residents and customers only. Outside parties (visitors) can enter the site after reporting to reception and paying the entrance fee.

Is the club secure?

Yes: there is a warden on site at all times. The campsite is closed from 10.30 pm to 7 am, and we have security guards in the summer period. Outside of this period, an emergency number is shown in our welcome booklet, which will be given to you when you arrive.

Can I put up a tent on a rental pitch?

Yes: as long as the number of people allowed in this rental is not exceeded (babies included)

How far are we from the Thermal Baths?

We are less than 800 m from the thermal baths. There is a free shuttle available to you from 6 am to 2 pm (except on Sundays).

How far are we from the Verdon Gorges?

The Verdon Gorges are 45 min from Verdon Parc by car (Lake Sainte Croix and Moustier Sainte Marie).

What is the power supply amperage?

The power supply amperage is 16A, according to European standards. Please bring an adaptor and an extension for connection. Extensions and adaptors are on sale at reception.

When is the mini club?

It is only open in the French school holidays (children aged 4 to 17)

What activities are included in the stay?

Yes: all activities and access to all our facilities (tennis, water parks, mini club, etc.) are included in your stay.

Can I swim in the Verdon?

Yes: Swimming is allowed but care must be taken as it is a natural site. You can also swim in Lake Esparron, located 7 kilometres from Verdon Parc, or in Lake Sainte Croix.
